YAKUZEN Cooking Class in Copenahgen : Winter Nourishment

A Hands-On Cooking Class (in English)

🌿 YAKUZEN Winter Nourishment, Inner Warmth, and Seasonal Harmony

In the depths of winter — the season when nature rests, conserves, and quietly prepares for spring — our bodies also ask for warmth, nourishment, and gentle care.
According to Yakuzen theory, the Kidney system (腎) plays a central role during this time, supporting vitality, growth, reproduction, and the very foundation of life. When taxed by cold or overwork, it weakens easily, influencing not only our winter health but even our well-being in the year to come.

In this YAKUZEN cooking class, we honor the wisdom of Japanese seasonal tradition, woven together with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Using ingredients that are readily available in Denmark, you’ll learn how to warm the body from within, tonify the Kidneys, and support circulation — creating dishes that comfort both body and spirit.

Together, we will prepare Winter Yakuzen Recipes that embody nourishment, inner warmth, and seasonal harmony — supporting your well-being now and helping your body transition smoothly into the season ahead.
Let’s welcome the coming spring beautifully and healthily by caring for ourselves during the most demanding time of the year.
