YAKUZEN is a way of eating that nurtures balance and harmony within your body — a philosophy rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), yet deeply connected to Japan’s of eating with the seasons.
After 15 years as a specialist in YAKUZEN, I have now brought this practice to Copenhagen. The principles of YAKUZEN can be applied anywhere in the world, using the local and seasonal ingredients of each region. In my classes, I highlight the beauty of Japanese ingredients and the philosophy of eating with the seasons, while also embracing the fresh produce of the Nordic region.
Through cooking classes, dessert workshops, and beauty seminars, I demonstrate how everyday meals can become a “gentle medicine” — helping us live in harmony with nature, season by season.
