YAKUZEN is a way of eating that nurtures balance and harmony within your body — a philosophy rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), yet deeply connected to Japan’s respect for the four seasons and its natural ingredients.
After 15 years of sharing the wisdom of YAKUZEN in Japan, I have now brought this practice to Copenhagen. The principles of YAKUZEN can be applied anywhere in the world, using the local and seasonal ingredients of each region. In my classes, I highlight the beauty of Japanese ingredients and the philosophy of eating with the seasons, while also embracing the fresh produce of Scandinavia — sharing the wisdom of food rooted in TCM.
Through cooking classes, dessert workshops, and beauty seminars, I hope to share how everyday meals can become a gentle medicine — helping us live in rhythm with nature, season by season.
